Our story began in 2012 with a focused mission: help organizations find skilled people for audiovisual and information technology work. TierPM started with recruiting, staffing, and project management consulting. As client needs evolved, we expanded our services while keeping that specialized focus.
Today, TierPM supports employers, project teams, and technology leaders across the United States. We connect workforce expertise with practical delivery services in audiovisual, unified communications, information technology, software, project management, and data analytics.
How our story has grown
TierPM grew by listening closely to clients and candidates. Employers often needed more than a resume. They needed recruiters who understood technical roles, project environments, and the difference between contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent hiring. Candidates wanted clear communication and opportunities that matched their experience.
That same approach led TierPM into broader project and technology services. Our team now helps organizations strengthen project delivery, build tailored applications, organize business data, implement AI and automation, and improve visibility through AutoPMO.
