You might not know Marika’s face, but you definitely have seen her work if you’ve looked for a job or posted an opening in the last few years. TierPM is a boutique workforce solutions company that has been gaining recognition for its focus and commitment to the AV industry for partnering with clients to help deliver innovative workforce solutions nationwide.
During InfoComm 2015, Marika revealed herself as the Oz behind the Tier PM Twitter feed, making herself known during the AV Nation AVTweetup and working the crowds as they walked up and down the aisles of the Orange County Convention Center in mid-June. She is a supporter of the Women of InfoComm Network and believes her work will help keep people interested in the AV industry and finding the jobs that fit them best.
